Esther S. Chang is very happy to announce the publication of a new mentoring scale based on a program evaluation of Court-Appointed Special Advocates of foster youth in California. The scale was developed with a colleague, former SUA adjunct professor of psychology, Gary Germo and is available as an Open Access Article published in the Journal of Applied Developmental Psychology.
