We will also be supporting a Brightspace site with additional information and a discussion forum for faculty with questions and concerns about online learning and faculty support. The Faculty Library/IT committee is actively soliciting information from faculty on how we can support them through an online Brightspace page. SUA Library

The SUA IT group is eager to support faculty in any way they can to provide training, hardware support and information for teaching online. The primary contacts within IT for faculty support in online teaching are below:

Additional support can be received using the IT helpdesk phone number, which is (949) 480-4357. They will prioritize faculty inquiries and be sure to route faculty calls to a full-time staff member.

If you have any hardware needs – a loaner laptop, a videocamera or other hardware, or other items, please let us know and we will work with IT to do our best to make this available to you.
